In her recent Instagram post, nutritionist Nmami Agarwal shared several reasons why palak and paneer should not be eaten together. Some foods are healthy, but eating them together can reduce the nutritional benefit, she noted. She revealed that paneer and lettuce have the same nutritional value, which may prevent absorption of nutrients.
