365Telugu.com Online News, India, January 10, 2023: Telecom company Bharti Airtel launched its 5G service Airtel 5G Plus on Tuesday in Rourkela, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Odisha.
The company said it has launched ultrafast 5G service at Kalinga in Bhubaneswar and Birsa Munda stadiums in Rourkela. Airtel is rapidly expanding its 5G services in the country. The company is rolling out this service in a phased manner.

Airtel 5G Plus is now live in many cities across the country including Jammu, Kashmir, Indore, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Siliguri, Nagpur, Varanasi, Panipat, Gurugram, Hisar, Rohtak, Guwahati, Patna, Lucknow, Shimla.
Imphal, Ahmedabad, Vizag, Pune. The company aims to complete 5G coverage in all major cities in India by the end of this year.
Airtel conducted the test two years ago
Airtel will start testing its 5G service in 2021. It is also the first telecom operator to officially launch 5G in India. Airtel customers can avail 5G services on their existing Airtel 4G SIM cards, the company said.
Also, 5G can be availed in existing recharge plan. Airtel claims that its 5G service is 20 to 30 times faster than Airtel 4G.
Activate Airtel 5G network on phone like this
To activate Airtel 5G Plus on your phone, go to your phone settings. Now tap on Mobile Network from here. Select SIM for Internet. Now from here you need to set 5G as preferred network type.
